This project consists of rehabilitation of the Timberland Tank 2 ringwall which includes demolition of the existing swale and concrete apron, foundation preparation, and placement of a new ringwall to reinforce the existing ringwall. The new ringwall includes encasement of existing valve stems within the new wall. Following installation of the ringwall, a concrete apron and replacement of the concrete swale shall be installed for positive drainage around the tank. Minor site grading, excavation, compaction, and backfill may be required to improve drainage around the tank.
